Encore General Information
Description of Encore - Encore is a women's social organization that meets from September to May. Monthly General Meetings often include outside speakers. There are also Interest Groups that meet throughout the month. Annual dues are $25.00. New members are always welcome.

General Membership Directory - will be sent out to all members as an attachment in an email. Please save this list to your computers and/or print a copy for yourself as we will not be posting personal addresses and phone numbers on our website. If you need a copy of the directory, please email the webmasters.
Membership - To join Encore, please print and complete our Membership Form then mail it, along with a check for your dues, to our Treasurer as instructed on the form.
Sunshine - The purpose of Sunshine is to contact any member who might need kind words of encouragement, sympathy and/or joyful congratulations. Please advise Peggy Herzlich of any event so that Sunshine can respond appropriately.
Weather Cancellation Policy - If Avon public schools are closed due to weather, our meeting will be cancelled. If schools have a delayed start time, we will meet as usual.
